The terms that govern use of the StrataBid platform.
Using StrataBid
StrataBid provides a platform for strata committees, owners corporations, and contractors to create quote requests, review responses, communicate about jobs, and manage procurement workflows. By using StrataBid, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
Accounts and onboarding
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account or completing onboarding. Accounts may be reviewed, suspended, or restricted where required to protect the integrity of the platform, users, or procurement activity.
Quote requests and submissions
Users are responsible for the content they submit, including request details, quotes, messages, attachments, and supporting documentation. StrataBid facilitates the workflow but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial suitability of information supplied by other users.
Invitations and communications
StrataBid may send invitations, transactional emails, and operational communications relating to quote requests, onboarding, support, and platform activity. Users must not misuse invite workflows, impersonate others, or submit misleading contact information.
Platform availability
We aim to keep StrataBid available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, workflows, and product behavior may change as the platform evolves, including changes needed for security, support, analytics, and operational maintenance.
Privacy and analytics
Use of StrataBid is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We use analytics, session replay, and related product measurement tools to improve workflows, diagnose issues, and understand how the platform is used.
